About Tony Freegrove
MIACP, MA Pluralistic Counselling & Psychotherapy, BSc. (Hons) Counselling & Psychotherapy
I began my practice in 2007 and have over 8,000 hours experience in supporting clients through emotional challenges, trauma, and personal development.
I hold a Master of Arts in Pluralistic Counselling & Psychotherapy, a Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy, A Diploma in Integrative Supervision, a Professional Certificate in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and I have trained in Group Crisis Intervention.
My approach is Pluralistic and client-centered, creating a safe, non-judgmental space to explore both present difficulties and deeper personal patterns. I value connection, empathy, and authenticity above all else.
One of my favourite quotes is from Carl Rogers, the Originator of Client-Centered Therapy - "The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change."
